In-person customized training programs can be done in a private studio, park, or at home. Clients can also choose to workout together remotely outline. There are two plans available: Core Plan: 10 sessions over 10 weeks that will build a fitness foundation for a healthier and more active lifystyle Intense Plan: 20 sessions over 10 weeks that will transform your body, mindset, and overall approach to fitness Listed pices are based on the per session cost of each plan. **NEW CLIENTS QUALIFY FOR A DISCOUNTED RATE FOR THEIR FIRST PLAN** **ONE-TIME PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS CAN APPLY THE COST OF THEIR SESSION TO A PLAN WITHIN 24 HOURS OF COMPLETING THE SESSION**
